The Reason For Your Grief

You have been put on this planet for a reason. You have been given this grief for a reason. And I know because you are asking this question that you are going to use the s*%^ out of it.
So even when you feel like you aren’t “living,” remember: this is just one chapter in your life.
And so, even if you don’t have the strength to leave the house today, wash those dishes in the sink like you are training for the dish-washing world championships. Wear those sweatpants like they are straight off the runway. Brush your teeth like a dentist would. Order food that reminds you of your loved one. Call a friend. Sit with it. Feel it. Be in it.
