Look, I’m just like everyone else. I’m a human being. I’ve had my fair share of heartbreak and struggle. I have flaws (lots of them). I’d like to think my story is unique, but what I’ve realized as I’ve shared more of it, is that it’s not. And truth be told, I kind of like it that way.

Ever since I can remember, I’ve been frustrated living on the “surface” of reality. I’ve never understood why we can’t just think, say, and feel as we do. And so, I’ve made it my mission to help other people dig deeper by writing about the “edges of humanity” and things I think matter. In addition, I collaborate with other big thinkers to tell their unique stories and share their powerful insights.

For whatever reason, an internet connection and a keyboard are the tools I’m using to try and promote a tectonic shift in our thinking. Follow along if you wish.

I write all over the internet, but the blog on this site is the hub. I try to funnel as much back to here as I can so people that want to come along for the ride can.

I share daily “thoughts” that you can either read on Facebook or receive through email.

And I write longer form articles a few times per week on this site and on social sites like Medium.

From time to time, I also like to write answers on Quora about grief, depression, and light things like that.
